Good, but need a few improvements.

Goo app.

Needs to be able to run in background and be able to allow users listen to music while using this app.

If they did that , huge improvement and 5 star. Just good right now because of that.

I like the interval settings. I would buy this app, IF it had running in background and able to listen to my music concurrently.
