Pretty Good. Can be better!

I was overjoyed to find this app, as other timers only run on devices running newer versions of iOS. The app is easy to use and operates well... but I have one major grievance. This app automatically pauses when you lock your screen. This is terrible for two reasons; a) it drains your devices battery very quickly to keep your screen on and b) when the screen is on and in your pocket the touchscreen may get nudged and interrupt your workout. If this app were usable while your iPod is in locked mode it would be one that would come highly recommended! Please implement this!
